Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)
Canadian Provicial Nominee Program (PNP) is managed by Canadian provinces which allow them to nominate interested individuals to immigrate in that province under the set criteria by that province. These programs are designed to help province to fulfil their labor and economic development priorities.
This program is designed for worker who has education, skill and work experience and is willing to live in that province. The application for this program depends on what province you want to apply for. One must clear police check and medical exam. One needs to file separate application for each province. Every province has different rules and requirements and they keep changing regularly. After your application, province will assess your application and would accept your application if you meet their economic or labor market needs.
You would need to apply separately for Canadian PR.
